General Terms and Conditions of DAILY.DEPT
General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of DAILY.DEPT.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions.
1.3 DAILY.DEPT reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. Any changes will be announced via the website.
Offers and Agreements
2.1 All offers made by DAILY.DEPT are non-binding and subject to availability.
2.2 An agreement is concluded once your order has been accepted by DAILY.DEPT. DAILY.DEPT reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions.
Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD), inclusive of applicable taxes, and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment may be made using the methods offered on the website. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
Delivery
4.1 DAILY.DEPT aims to process orders within 7 to 15 business days after receipt of payment and to ship them as soon as possible.
4.2 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. DAILY.DEPT is not responsible for errors in the delivery address provided.
4.3 If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed, and the product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available again.
Right of Withdrawal / Returns
5.1 The customer may request a return, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 During the return period, the customer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
5.3 To exercise the right of return, the customer must notify DAILY.DEPT in writing within the specified period.
6.1 Returned products must be sent back within 14 days of notification.
6.2 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
6.3 After receipt and approval of the returned product, DAILY.DEPT will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Warranty and Complaints
7.1 DAILY.DEPT guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of quality and usability.
7.2 Complaints regarding delivered products must be submitted in writing to DAILY.DEPT within 7 days of receipt.
7.3 DAILY.DEPT will respond to the complaint within 7 days and will seek an appropriate solution in consultation with the customer.
Liability
8.1 DAILY.DEPT is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profits, missed savings, or business interruptions.
8.2 The liability of DAILY.DEPT is always limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
Privacy
9.1 DAILY.DEPT respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that personal data provided by customers is treated confidentially.
9.2 Personal data will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the performance of the agreement.
9.3 DAILY.DEPT complies with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Applicable Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any agreements entered into by DAILY.DEPT, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
10.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Canada.
